DRX527871: CAGE of Jurkat cells activated by CRISPR (control3, technical replicate 1)

Study: An atlas of transcribed cis-regulatory elements across human helper T cell diversity
show Abstracthide Abstract
In this study, we present a new ReapTEC approach that simultaneously measures gene expression and enhancer activities using 5' scRNA-seq. By applying ReapTEC to ~500,000 human CD4+ T cells, we generated a multi-modal atlas of heterogenous CD4+ T cells and demonstrate its utility for pinpointing genetic causes of human disease. The Data Access Committee of the National Bioscience Database Center (NBDC) approved that this personal data was made published according to the NBDC Guidelines for Human Data Sharing (https://humandbs.biosciencedbc.jp/en/guidelines/data-sharing-guidelines) as the NBDC Research ID hum0350 and the application ID J-DS000641-001.
Sample: Jurkat cells with CRISPR activation of selected disease-relevant bidirectionally transcribed candidate enhancers (control, biological replicate 3) for CAGE
